athletic programs and the hotel industry. Our goal is to sustain long term relationships by satisfying
the time restraints and budgetary restrictions of our teams, while creating group volume for our hotels.

Within each travel market, competitive guestroom rates are established for our clients.  These rates are combined with value added amenities to create an attractive package for athletic travel.

• A complimentary room for the head coach with a minimum of five paid rooms
• Complimentary space for team meetings and meals
• Pre-game meals to specifications
• Late check-outs requested when necessary
• Hotels familiar with the special needs of traveling teams
• Secluded room block within the hotel whenever possible

By taking advantage of our team travel services, your coaching staff earns recruiting privileges from Southwest Host Services.  Deeply discounted rates are offered to the entire staff at our more than 2,200 partnered hotels nationwide.  These rates are for
scouting and recruiting purposes only.   We offer a dedicated recruiting coordinator solely
for the purpose of placing these reservations.

Schools can minimize their travel expenses while maximizing the number of new recruits to pursue.
